Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields.
Nice To Haves
- Co-op or internship experience is much preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Begin with an 8-week onsite training in Dalton, Georgia, covering company, products, facilities, processes, people, fellow OMTs, and leadership development.
- Be partnered with a manufacturing facility to develop yourself and the plant.
- Work with engineering staff to apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects.
- Tackle real-world issues and gain valuable technical experience.
- Interview for positions that align with unique talents and career aspirations upon successful program completion (around 6 months).
