Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields.
Co-op or internship experience is much preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Participate in an 8-week onsite training in Dalton, Georgia, covering company, products, facilities, processes, people, and leadership development.
Partner with a manufacturing facility to utilize skills and interests for personal development and plant improvement.
Work with engineering staff to apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects.
Tackle real-world issues to gain valuable technical experience.
Interview for positions aligning with unique talents and career aspirations upon successful program completion (around 6 months).
Potentially interview for roles such as Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Technical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
