About The Position

The Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) is a 24-month accelerated rotational program designed to develop the next generation of operations leaders. Over a two-year period, participants gain broad, hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions. Through a series of structured rotations, formal learning, and leadership exposure, OMECRP participants build the technical, business, and people leadership skills required to lead critical operations within Regal Rexnord. Over the course of the Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program, associates will complete 2 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord’s core operations functional areas: 1. Operations and Production 2. Materials Management 3. Distribution & Fulfillment 4. Supply Chain/SIOP 5. Continuous Improvement. While in the rotational program, associates will make valuable connections between rotational assignments and will learn to integrate proven RBS methodologies into their day-to-day activities. Beyond the “learn by doing” training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership.
