About The Position

The Operations LOB Product Lead for the Operations team is responsible for driving day-to-day operational support, risk identification, and practical solutions that boost production efficiency and meet program targets at the Orlando site. This role ensures smooth execution of manufacturing programs and continuously improves site performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, or similar).
Direct involvement in program execution, production planning, or process improvement.
Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Ability to analyze production data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication—written and verbal—for cross functional teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Team oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Prior exposure to aerospace or defense manufacturing programs.
Knowledge of cost performance analysis and budgeting fundamentals
Basic knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and change control processes.
