About The Position

Givaudan Flavors Corporation is seeking highly motivated 2025 chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering graduates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). This 18-24 month rotational program combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. It is designed for graduates interested in leveraging technical and problem-solving skills into leadership roles within a people-oriented production environment. The program includes operations rotations, cross-functional exposure, project management, leadership development, and an international rotation. Successful candidates must be open to relocation for assignments at various Givaudan sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must be willing to relocate for assignments located at other Givaudan sites.
  • Must be willing to complete an international rotational assignment.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant internship or co-op experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple operations rotations (10-12 months each) to gain a strong understanding of critical Operations functions, including Production, Quality Control, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Regional Engineering, and Quality/Industrialization.
  • Engage in cross-functional opportunities (9 months) to gain exposure to key business areas outside of manufacturing/production, such as Safety, Operational Accounting, HR, Flavor Creation, Science & Technology, Sales, Customer Care, Regulatory, Regional Supply Chain, and Samples.
  • Manage or participate in projects throughout the program.
  • Develop advanced people leadership skills and supervise/coordinate tactical day-to-day operations of a department.
  • Complete an international rotational assignment (1 month).
