About The Position

Givaudan Flavors Corporation is seeking highly motivated 2025 chemical, mechanical, and industrial engineering graduates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). This 18-24 month rotational program combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. The program is designed for graduates interested in leveraging technical and problem-solving skills for leadership roles in a people-oriented production environment. Associates will gain a strong understanding of critical Operations functions through multiple rotations, including Production, Quality Control, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Regional Engineering, and Quality/Industrialization. They will also have cross-functional exposure to areas like Safety, Operational Accounting, HR, Flavor Creation, Science & Technology, Sales, Customer Care, Regulatory, Regional Supply Chain, and Samples. The program includes project management responsibilities, leadership development with a focus on people leadership skills and supervision, and an optional international rotation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree within Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be willing to relocate for assignments located at other Givaudan sites
  • Must be willing to complete an international rotational assignment
  • Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant internship or co-op experience highly preferred
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple rotations (10-12 months each) to gain a strong understanding of critical Operations functions.
  • Work under a "Departmental Sponsor/Learning Leader" during each rotation for oversight, work, and training.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure to key business areas outside of manufacturing/production.
  • Manage or participate in projects throughout the program.
  • Develop advanced people leadership skills and be responsible for supervising and coordinating tactical day-to-day operations.
  • Complete an international rotational assignment (approximately 1 month).
