About The Position

The OLDP at Andersen attracts top talent and prepares them for successful involvement in the core functions that are critical to product manufacturing at Andersen Corporation. This is a 2-year program focused on gaining cross-functional experience across supply chain, engineering, and production supervision job functions. The participant in this program will experience four unique rotations that will each be six months in length across different parts of the Andersen enterprise. There is a requirement to travel or re-locate to different enterprise locations during the program. The program aims to engage in projects that significantly drive business productivity and profitability, is customized with the participant's areas of interest in mind, and provides opportunities to gain management experience. Participants will receive mentorship by senior leadership throughout the 2-year program and have enterprise networking accessibility.

Requirements

• GPA 3.0 or higher
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain and Operations Management
