The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching towards profitability and efficiency. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Manager, this role involves initiating tasks, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results in total store operations. The Operations Lead will also act as a Business Leader, partnering to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. They will demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies and will move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. As a People Leader, they will inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience, directly oversee Operations Associates, and be responsible for talent recruitment and development. They will use company performance tools to evaluate associates and provide constant feedback for growth. As a Business Partner, they will collaborate with the Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure the business is well-executed and will execute company-level operations-focused directives and projects in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager.
