About The Position

This role is for a leader in our Waikiki restaurant who is organized, remains calm under pressure, and fosters a positive work environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to manage and shape a key location.
Requirements
- Kitchen leadership experience or readiness to advance.
- Ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations like the lunch rush.
- Organizational skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Genuine care for good food.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Two years of operations management experience (dependent on sales; more years may be applicable).
- ServSafe or Food Handling Certification desired.

Responsibilities
- Create moments of hospitality for guests through excellent food and service.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Manage team schedules and ensure staff are prepared.
- Order ingredients to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain food quality and safety standards to impress health inspectors.
