About The Position
The Bistro supports daily restaurant operations by assisting with customer service, order management, reservations, and administrative tasks using AI-powered tools. This role helps improve efficiency, enhance the guest experience, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while working closely with the restaurant team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and AI-powered software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technology and restaurant systems.
