Additionally, the Operations Lead supports a safe and efficient work environment through stockroom standards and processes. This role also partners with management to oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, and technology, demonstrating strong business acumen by leveraging metrics. The Operations Lead leads by example, inspiring staff and directly overseeing Operations Associates, including recruitment and development. They collaborate with other leads to ensure cross-functional training and business execution, and execute company-level operations directives.
