About The Position

This role is a unique opportunity for someone interested in the operational side of the investment business at an established and growing global investment management firm. The intern within the Operational Projects Team will be responsible for working with the Team on documenting requirements, attending meetings, testing and other Project related activities. The internship is a term from September to December 2026, with a work week of 37.5 hours. The application deadline is August 7, 2026. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service.
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with CRM, APX and Bloomberg is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Additional tasks may be assigned including but not limited to updating project plans, meeting minutes, etc
