About The Position

QC Media Holdings is seeking committed, inquisitive, and dedicated current college or university students to join our team as a paid Operations intern! The QC Internship program is purposed to give current college/university students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment within the entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Have (or are currently completing) a degree
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Have good communications skills
• Have professional appearance and behavior
• Be a make-it-happen type of person
• Be available at least 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
• Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Have a laptop or tablet
• Able to lift at least 30lbs unassisted

Nice To Haves

• Studying English, Hospitality, Economics, Business, Marketing, Music, Entrepreneurship, or Public Relations

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as research, data entry and inventory management
• Managing inventory levels for all supplies, snacks, etc.
• Run the necessary errands for staff member or clients
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the common areas and facility
• Assist with mail organization
• Assist with event planning, walkthroughs, set up & break down
• Create budgets
