DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Operations Intern Location: Chicago, IL, New York, NY, In-office/Hybrid Compensation: $22/hr. Ideal Start date: June 1, 2026 Role overview DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Intern to join the team. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate.
  • Majoring/Major in risk management, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of insurance principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement in the office to access cabinets and equipment

Responsibilities

  • Learn about insurance and partner with producers to collect documents required to conduct business with DUAL NA.
  • Assist in building reports and operational metrics.
  • Assist with developing and implementing new technology and processes (Salesforce)
