DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Operations Intern Location: Chicago, IL, New York, NY, In-office/Hybrid Compensation: $22/hr. Ideal Start date: June 1, 2026 Role overview DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Intern to join the team. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate.
Majoring/Major in risk management, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of insurance principles is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement in the office to access cabinets and equipment

Responsibilities

Learn about insurance and partner with producers to collect documents required to conduct business with DUAL NA.
Assist in building reports and operational metrics.
Assist with developing and implementing new technology and processes (Salesforce)
