About The Position

Join our Operations team and see how the transportation industry really works. This internship gives you the opportunity to build relationships with professional drivers, learn the ins and outs of logistics, and understand what it takes to keep freight moving across the country. Responsibilities

Grow and build relationships with professional drivers
Work in a team setting to find creative solutions to operational challenges
Maintain, schedule and dispatching for drivers
Learn different fleets to cover various Driver Manager desk functions
Audit drivers pay requests and manage missing paperwork
Assist in coaching drivers to develop skills and relationships
Use your attention to detail and follow through to ensure our team is successfully meeting on time delivery.
Navigate through multiple systems to keep operations running smoothly.
