About The Position

The Operations & Installation Manager will be responsible for building and launching the Milwaukee market operations for TORQ Coatings. This role involves overseeing daily operations, hiring and developing installation crews, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and establishing operational excellence. The manager will partner closely with Sales while leading production, quality, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to build a market, develop a team, and make a lasting impact on a rapidly growing company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–7+ years of leadership experience
• Experience leading field operations or production teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage the Milwaukee operation
• Lead daily production and scheduling
• Oversee quality, safety, and profitability
• Develop operational systems and SOPs
• Recruit, hire, and onboard field employees
• Coach and develop high-performing teams
• Conduct performance reviews and accountability meetings
• Meet with homeowners to resolve concerns
• Conduct job site inspections and final walkthroughs
• Oversee warranty and service work
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager
• Support customer consultations and ride-alongs
• Ensure seamless communication between sales and production
