About The Position

TodayTix Group's enterprise-level ticketing and e-commerce division, known as PxT, provides the technology and tools that help leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events power their box office operations and drive online sales. The Operations & Implementation Associate will be the operational backbone of live partner launches, responsible for executing event builds, managing inventory and pricing, supporting partner-facing reporting, and providing on-site support during critical times. This role will directly impact the delivery for partners in London and NYC, and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and implementation frameworks to support PxT's scalability. The role is full-time and requires candidates to be based in the greater New York area, with a hybrid work model involving a minimum of two days per week in the office. Some evening and weekend work will be necessary, especially around event launches. The position offers a fixed annual salary of $55,000, benchmarked against the New York City market.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in ticketing operations, box office management, or live event operations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with a ticketing platform; experience with Spektrix, AudienceView, Lineup, or similar is valued.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with data and a willingness to get into the numbers.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, particularly around event launches.
  • Genuine interest in live entertainment, performing arts, or cultural programming.
  • Must be based in the greater New York area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a SaaS or product-led organization, or comfort navigating product development timelines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
  • Experience supporting partner or client onboarding in an operational or implementation capacity.
  • Exposure to the US and/or UK live events markets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned event builds in the TodayTix ticketing platform, ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, allocations, and availability across all channels.
  • Manage daily inventory adjustments and implement pricing strategies as directed, proactively flagging issues to senior team members.
  • Support partner operational queries and ad-hoc reporting, escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide on-site support at event launches, including box office operations, ticket scanning, and training venue and FOH staff.
  • Contribute to ticketing SOPs, operational runbooks, and partner-facing training materials.
  • Expect the scope of responsibilities to develop over time as the business grows and shifts.
