About The Position

The Operations Governance Analyst position within the Governance & SOP organization is chartered to provide subject matter expertise for various FA platforms and processes. The position is responsible for driving operational excellence through automation & digital transformation initiatives, process design and improvement, fulfillment system administration and data integrity, and standard operating procedures creation and maintenance. The team will mediate between various functional groups across the company such as Finance, Legal & Compliance, Product, Sales, and Technology. The position will work closely with Operations Fulfillment and Client Management teams on program adjudication configuration and to address program concerns to improve the client and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent
  • Ability to lead and effectively manage projects
  • Exceptional understanding of operations production and workflow management
  • Extensive knowledge of adjudication processes
  • Effective communication skills (presentation, written, verbal)
  • Experience compiling and analyzing business data
  • Attention to detail
  • Observable decision-making skills
  • Results-driven and dependable
  • Adaptable/flexible; able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a demanding environment; able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and manage regular interruptions and manage/meet tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, most notably Excel (high) and PowerPoint (moderate)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the identification of problems and analyzing data that will drive strategic solutions for overall performance improvements, including transformation support (requirements gathering, testing, monitoring performance)
  • Drive digital transformation objectives and operate as the overall process stakeholder for Operations
  • Client partnership in support of adjudication simplification and best practice program configuration, including consultative client interaction and rules engine setup and maintenance
  • Administrative support for Operations fulfillment systems; execute deployable event playbook activities, including implementing QC process
  • Create, maintain, and communicate Operational SOPs and work Instructions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across processes; include Legal/Compliance sign-off and change control protocols accordingly
  • Partner with Ops Fulfillment on process execution guidelines and corrective action
  • Maintain Processing Skills – Actively seek training on all areas of Ops Fulfillment, both processing & product knowledge, by attending periodic training activities
