This role will be responsible for defining and documenting processes & procedures related to the organization's technology operations. This includes supporting areas where processes/procedures need to be established or improved, analyzing existing processes, and recommending changes to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and priorities and develop processes that meet their requirements. This role will also work with stakeholders to ensure documentation is updated on a regular cadence and appropriately stored. Additionally, the role will work closely with teams to ensure they are operating according to established processes & procedures. The role will also be responsible for helping to ensure operational metrics are in sync with established processes & procedures and to help modify team behaviors based on metric output.
