Operations Generalist (Early Career) — Wonderly

Wonderly
$80,000 - $150,000Remote

About The Position

Wonderly is building the first end-to-end AI business platform for service businesses. The role requires generalists who can be pointed at any operational problem at Wonderly and are trusted to figure it out. Currently, this involves significant customer-facing work, assisting service business owners with setup, monitoring their performance, and intervening when issues arise. As the company grows rapidly, this is where the most leverage is found. However, the responsibilities may shift monthly, potentially including improving the recruiting funnel, developing internal tools to enhance team efficiency, establishing new vendors, resolving data issues, or redesigning inefficient processes. The core expectation is to own the problem, deliver a solution, and then move on to the next challenge. This is a hands-on role where you will utilize SQL for data analysis, engage in phone calls for information gathering, and create necessary documentation, spreadsheets, scripts, or processes. There is no task considered beneath you. This role is not suitable for individuals seeking a defined function or a static job description. Instead, it offers an environment where you will tackle diverse tasks, experiencing significant improvement across multiple areas within your first quarter.
