About The Position

The Financial Analyst will partner with Site leadership to assist in data analysis and decision making in support of the financial health of Enovis’ Foot & Ankle Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of foundational experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or inventory control analyst in a manufacturing environment. As a member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study
2-4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong Excel skills to include the ability to build detailed models and manipulate large amounts of data.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
Ability to articulate clearly with professional oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

2-5 years of foundational experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or inventory control analyst in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and drive adjustments to standards.
Function as a liaison between departments to provide insight and support process improvement associated with manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost reduction initiatives.
Provide analytical support to individual cost center managers
Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and costing and support cost related reporting and analysis.
Support the standard costing process by measuring internal processes and capturing consumption; responsible for ad-hoc cost roll updates in NetSuite
Own the analysis and reporting of inventory tracking
Ensure cycle count programs are compliant with corporate standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of physical inventory audits.
Assist in supporting data requests from internal and external auditors.
Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed.
