The assistant will monitor ongoing projects, follow up on deadlines, and serve as a liaison between the EVP and VP of Loan Operations and the Operations department. Responsibilities include managing emails and written communication, coordinating logistics for team activities, and generating weekly sales scorecards to track performance and identify training needs. The role also involves providing reports, offering solutions to improve business processes, and auditing bills for accurate expense reporting. Attendance at required meetings and training is expected, along with performing other assigned duties.
