About The Position
BKG Consulting + Agency is a growing agency supporting events, programs, and initiatives for multiple brands, including Tekkerz / MegCity, Uno Dose, Bama Kicks Foundation, and Bama Kicks Corporation. We’re looking for a flexible, proactive team member to help manage events, operations, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable attending diverse events and representing multiple brands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel locally
Nice To Haves
- Experience with marketing, operations, or event management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend events for soccer programs, music festivals, concerts, and corporate/community events
- Handle event logistics: setup, scheduling, equipment, and on-site coordination
- Support BKG operations and growth: marketing, client outreach, and process improvements
- Track hours and expenses per entity for billing and reporting
- Provide updates and reports to management
