About The Position

You will be the Operations Engineering Associate Manager for the Industrial Engineering Operations team. This role emphasizes empowering a team of Industrial Engineers with the resources, training and professional development to drive successful engagement and teaming across multiple programs. As the Operations Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for continuous improvement and equipping others in critical skills and knowledge of Industrial Engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience leading a team
Knowledge of Industrial and Systems Engineering skills such as ergonomics/human factors engineering, continuous improvement, or process optimization.
Experience creating presentation material and effectively briefing senior level management.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
