The selected Software Engineering Associate Manager shall manage a team of highly skilled Software Engineers and Business Analyst to cover the following leadership roles and responsibilities:

Requirements

Experience communicating with senior management
Experience running software engineering projects
Experience managing teams
Experience managing projects and budgets
Us Citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with the FBM Program
Experience with FBM Applications
Experience as a software engineer
Experience working with Navy customers
BS Degree in a technical discipline preferred
