The selected Software Engineering Associate Manager shall manage a team of highly skilled Software Engineers and Business Analyst to cover the following leadership roles and responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with senior management
  • Experience running software engineering projects
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience managing projects and budgets
  • Us Citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the FBM Program
  • Experience with FBM Applications
  • Experience as a software engineer
  • Experience working with Navy customers
  • BS Degree in a technical discipline preferred
