About The Position
The Process Improvement team is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives across LM Aero. As the Operations Engineer (Level 2), you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that define, mine, and improve critical processes, coordinating schedules, guiding project teams, and delivering status briefings to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA)
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- Able to obtain a secret clearance

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
- Develop and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Facilitate project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive projects to closure.
- Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coach and facilitate continuous-improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.
