About The Position

The Operations Engineer Senior Staff (Level 5) for the Operations Engineering team is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous improvement across LM Aero. This role involves leading cross-functional projects that define, mine, and improve critical processes, coordinating schedules, guiding project teams, and delivering concise status briefings to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives through the full project planning and execution lifecycle
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA)
• Experience applying lean principles to manufacturing operations with demonstrated performance improvement
• Experience leading cross-functional collaborative efforts
• Experience presenting and designing strategical plans to upper leadership
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
