Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
At least five years of experience in early childhood education required; and 1-2 years of leadership/management experience
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about empowering others

Responsibilities

Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
Managing operation of the school including accounting/billing accuracy, school communications, school excellence, administration, and compliance
Working closely with Executive Director to maximize enrollment and practice effective cost control
