About The Position

Director | Core Pharmacy | Acceleration | HW Transformation This is an excited opportunity to join a fast paced, technology focused Director role on the Health and Wellness Transformation team, where innovation meets impact! This role offers the opportunity to drive the future of our pharmacy business by leading the Acceleration and Ideation of new initiatives in our Core Pharmacy Business. You’ll be at the heart of a fast paced, collaborative, and cross-functional working team to accelerate pharmacy modernization, simplification, automation and distributive work enabling our front line teams to shift from transactional to relational based care for our patients, while unlocking incredible tools for clinical based decision making and support, offering best in class digital tools and pathways for our customers to meet them where they need us most! This role has responsibilities over Core Pharmacy domains from how a prescription comes into our fulfillment system through the checkout out experience! About the team: In joining the HW Transformation team, you are responsible for driving the Health and Wellness Transformation strategy leading initiatives in Core Pharmacy from ideation to phase I deployment, ultimately enabling field execution. What you'll do... Lead initiatives as business owner to transform the transactional business today to a relationship-based business. Develop full understanding of business problems, alignment with strategic objectives, and associated business value. Partner with business strategy leads and support teams to identify, prioritize, and resource business priorities with largest impact to overall transformation journey. Partner with product, technology, and design teams to curate pharmacy business solutions in assessment with internal and external capabilities. Communicate with Health & Wellness leadership on "big boulder" initiatives and forward-looking roadmaps for field execution. Organize cross-functional stakeholder teams to manage short-term, high-value projects through program management. What you’ll bring: Subject matter expertise in pharmacy, including comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations. About the Team: The HW Transformation team is responsible for bringing our strategy to life for our associates and customers. We are responsible for the inputs and outputs of the broader organization, driving increased productivity and rapid response. We are looking for a leader to successfully navigate the day-to-day operations and lead our team in transforming our business from transactional to relational based patient experiences. Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in pharmacy, including comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.
