About The Position

The Director, Operations leads a large-scale, multi-site business unit delivering non-clinical care services, with full regional accountability for growth, performance, and operational execution. This role drives business outcomes through leadership of senior operators, ownership of financial performance, and deployment of scalable operating models. The Director partners closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution, strengthen organizational capability, and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support sustained growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including multi-site or regional leadership
  • Experience leading leaders within layered organizations and driving performance at scale
  • Strong background in business planning, financial oversight, and performance management
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operating model design
  • Regional business leadership and P&L ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, disability services, or similar service-based environments preferred
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own regional performance, including growth, service readiness, productivity, and overall operating results across multiple markets
  • Lead and develop Managers and Senior Managers, driving accountability, performance management, and leadership development
  • Partner with Finance and executive leadership on business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Translate enterprise strategy into regional execution, operating models, and standardized workflows across markets
  • Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Services, Finance, HR, and Compliance teams
  • Oversee workforce strategy and capacity planning to ensure staffing readiness and service continuity
  • Lead large-scale initiatives including market expansion, operational transformation, and organizational design improvements
