About The Position

Abigail's Arms Cooke County Family Crisis Center is seeking an Operations Director to help lead programs that provide hope, healing, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and other violent crimes. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee victim service programs, mentor exceptional staff, strengthen community partnerships, and use data to drive meaningful outcomes. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Five plus years in a leadership role over multiple programs
Exhibit sensitivity toward and understanding of victim issues and special challenges faced by victims and their families
Demonstrate professional integrity and observe confidentiality of all clients, volunteers, and staff
Demonstrate the ability to work in conjunction with others in a cooperative and supportive manner
Possess organizational abilities
Good written and oral communication skills
Utilize positive interpersonal skills in communications and public relations
Adequate knowledge of computers and software
Aware of the importance of volunteering and its contributions to social services
Ability to pass a criminal background, DFPS Registry Check and a National Sex Offender Registry check
Ability to work in a high intensity/fast paced work environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to problem solve
