About The Position

Ecogee has been a trusted leader in energy efficiency for over 12 years. We are now looking for an ambitious, forward‑thinking Operations Director to help shape our next phase of growth. Requirements

  • Industry expertise in energy efficiency, including a strong understanding of funding streams, compliance requirements and the delivery of retrofit and renewable works.
  • Proven experience at Director level, leading high‑performing teams.
  • Growth mindset, ideally with recent experience of business expansion or diversification within the energy or renewables sector.
