The role also encompasses human resource management, including staff engagement, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and facilitating skill development. Additionally, the director leads patient safety education, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, monitors incidents, and guides outpatient care management activities.
