The MTDC Operations Analyst will collaborate with various supply chain partners, including 3PL Distribution providers, Supply Planning, Transportation, customer service, and both Internal and External Manufacturing plants to ensure the timely and efficient flow of materials into, out of, and within the DCs. This role involves coordinating and facilitating Logistics/Distribution projects and activities for both domestic and international business. The analyst will perform Blue Yonder & SAP inventory transactions, investigate and resolve SAP iDOC errors, and propose and own process improvements to fix/prevent systemic transaction errors. A key aspect is identifying and developing projects to optimize warehouse processes, increase efficiency, improve quality, and increase throughput to reduce total operating cost and cycle time. The Operations Analyst will act as the primary contact for Logistics/Distribution processing issues for Depuy Synthes and select CSS businesses, become knowledgeable of all unique product distribution requirements, and support warehouse operations as needed. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
