Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Director of Operations – Residential Dining at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, where innovation, collaboration, and excellence drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll oversee a high-volume residential dining program, leading teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong financial performance while upholding the highest standards in food quality, service, and safety. Requirements

Five years of foodservice management experience required
Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required
Strong leadership and communication skills
