As a Director of Dining Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a dining account in an acute care setting. You will manage and lead a team of associates, handle client relations, and ensure the superior quality of food offered to customers. This role involves managing P&L and budgeting for the account and rolling out new culinary programs.

Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice operation management experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing a budget

Nice To Haves

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Roll out new culinary programs
