About The Position

We're hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage client files from start to finish. You'll own a pipeline of 20-30 active files, coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to hit deadlines and keep deals moving. This is real responsibility from day one, not busywork. What You'll Do Manage Your Pipeline: Track files from open to close using our internal systems. You'll manage competing deadlines, spot issues early, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate Across Stakeholders: Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to collect documents, clear outstanding items, and keep everything on schedule. Lead a Mini-Team: You'll work with a dedicated virtual assistant to keep your pipeline organized and efficient. Early leadership experience built into the role. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3.25+ GPA
  • 2+ years in a coordination, operations, or project management role
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities without hand-holding
  • Collaborative, coachable, and ready to move fast
