About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our growing Temporary Fence Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, supporting a busy sales team, and working in a fast-paced construction environment. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy coordinating multiple projects at once, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, contractor, or project management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Temporary Fence Sales team with daily project coordination
  • Coordinate and track customer projects from start to finish
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding and agreements
  • Collect, review, and maintain insurance certificates and required documentation
  • Complete and monitor customer prequalification requirements
  • Maintain organized digital and project records
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with scheduling, project updates, and administrative support
  • Help ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule
