About The Position

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for helping with various tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations of the stockroom. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and work within specified deadlines along with a commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of stockroom experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Above-average computer skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and working knowledge of Excel.
Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with people at all levels.
Able to pass a drug test/background check.

Responsibilities

Ensuring inventory pricing, part numbers, and quantities are properly maintained through systems, applications, and processes.
Providing cost-effective and beneficial support to the field operation through routine interaction, process adherence and strong communication.
Provide support to leadership and the field operation in the effective evaluation of vehicles, sales tools, operational tools, and processes.
Send and receive UPS shipments.
Maintain stock status for stockroom.
Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper locations.
Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
Ensure necessary parts are available to maintain appropriate service levels.
Complete re-stocks for technicians to maintain appropriate inventory levels on trucks.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.
Process incoming invoices.
Order equipment and manage purchase orders.
