About The Position

As an Operations Coordinator, your duties will include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. This position supports a primary team of 1 Director, 5 Managers, 1 Supervisor/TC, and 1 Clinical Nurse Specialist across various units and services. The role involves preparing and processing payroll duties daily and biweekly timecard submissions. Teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients. This role may require flexing hours as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Two Years Clerical Experience
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office platforms, most importantly Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Oral and Written Communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Two years Office Management Experience
  • Two Years Secretarial Experience
  • Some medical terminology knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Support primary team of 1 Director, 5 Managers, 1 Supervisor/TC, and 1 Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICU, 4B, IMCU, RP, SP, Pt Equip, IV team, Wound, Nursing Education Services, PCS/Bed Flow, Dialysis)
  • Create tailored reports and emails
  • Create agendas and associated minutes for meetings
  • Arrange room bookings, catering as needed
  • Order supplies and equipment for daily operations and through yearly purchasing exercises
  • Manage calendars, organize meetings and appointments
  • Participation in projects and division events
  • Complete payroll duties daily and biweekly timecard submissions
  • Take on additional duties as necessary
