About The Position

This role will effectively coordinate and logistically oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors, and customers. The role will also perform a variety of administrative tasks including light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation/approval, and the back-end charge process in support of the Sales and Operations departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional business environment required.
  • 3+ years in a customer service role with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Action-oriented, self-starter, full of energy; pursue everything with drive, energy, and a need to finish well.
  • Ability to learn quickly independently and with direction.

  • Knowledge of AI as it relates to operations coordination, logistics, and modular building management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives, internal/external customers, vendor partners, project managers and coordinators to meet customer needs and expectations by gathering customer information and ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Provide timely information to support sales, vendors, and customers to coordinate movement of equipment.
  • Communicate on a technical and professional level while interfacing with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally.
  • Use systems, tools, and informal methods effectively to manage each project to completion while properly adhering to Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and run reports to ensure deadlines of the business and customer needs are met.
  • Negotiate skillfully with customers and vendors to settle differences/conflicts effectively; win concessions with customers without damaging relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
