About The Position

Under direct supervision of the Client Service Executive, provide administrative and project support to client service teams. This position will work with a variety of associates within a Practice Group, and at other times will work independently on assignments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to operate standard office equipment is required.
  • Skill in organizing and using resources and establishing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal associates.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in a professional office setting directly related to job responsibilities specified above preferred.
  • An Associate’s Degree in business related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and project support to include basic clerical work, scheduling and attending meetings, researching data, data entry, preparing reports, and special projects as assigned.
