Operations Coordinator, National Leasing Job profile: B3 (hourly, not bonus eligible) We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the National Leasing Operations team. This person will provide operations support for the JLLU broker development program (approx. 40% of role) and will support various initiatives driven by Americas Leasing Operating Executive Committee (approx. 60% of role.) As a member of the Operations team, the Coordinator will partner with various groups (including Internal Communications, Marketing/Events, Finance, Leasing brokers, etc.) to help advance our goals. The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver with a bias toward action and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, results-driven business team. This person will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of commensurate experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/One Drive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization and project management skills
  • Self-starter with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic and versatile, with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate JLLU program, including but not limited to: Lead internal team calls, Manage attendee list for each cohort, Manage required program communications and surveys, Manage cohort calendar of calls & meetings, Partner with JL Events and concierge teams as well as outside vendors as needed, On-site lead for 6 in-person events per year (travel may be required)
  • Coordinate and manage tasks and projects
  • Develop / create materials to support business initiatives using a variety of tools (emails, AI, slide decks, videos, etc.), partnering with other teams as appropriate
  • Provide general backup support for other team members
  • Attend team meetings
  • Prioritize workload appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Perform special projects and general administrative duties as directed
