About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team at Parkway in Blue Springs, MO. This full-time position offers a pay range of $25 - $28.50 per hour. As the "First Face" of the community, you will serve as the welcoming host, providing exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, guests, and employees. You will also act as a "Go-To Guide" by answering questions, an "Exceptional Assistant" to the administrative team, and an "Accurate Accountant" by tracking resident occupancy, ensuring accurate billing, and applying payments correctly.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of 12th grade level (reading, writing, understanding, and communicating).
  • Experience in handling bookkeeping and knowledge of basic accounting.
  • Ability to adhere to the company's accounting policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
  • Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day.
  • Sedentary periods of one to three hours are also required.
  • Ability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming host and first point of contact for the community, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer or assist in finding answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees via in-person, phone, or email.
  • Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks and ensure timely and professional handling of phone calls and emails.
  • Track resident occupancy, ensure accurate resident billing, and correctly apply payments and credits to resident accounts.
