The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Ability to frequently multitask and to remain detail orientated and exceptionally organized
  • Ability to work in a very high-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Capability to complete tasks fully, not partially
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customers and project stakeholders
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, corporate audits, and work-in-progress
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Second string to answer the office phone when front end coordinator is unavailable
  • Daily communication and updates with insurance adjusters and customers by email, Xact and Contractor Connection platforms
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
  • Documenting majority of daily tasks into Servpro correspondence notes
  • Running mitigation losses from the admin standpoint from the beginning to end of process
  • Be part of the on-call rotation once acclimated
