About The Position

The Operations Coordinator supports Quest Diagnostics’ Operations team with project-related activities, ongoing operational efforts, customer service processes, shipping and fulfillment, and general administrative and office support. The role is based in the office in Tampa, Florida; a regular telework schedule will not be considered. This is an on-call position paying $21.42 or more per hour. Eligible candidates may receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all organizational levels, including peers and senior leadership.
• Help ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the Operations team with project-related tasks, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, entering and updating work requests, formatting documents, and creating documentation.
• Help mitigate identified risks and impediments.
• Resolve customer service issues and manage processes.
• Support shipping and fulfillment needs.
• Communicate clearly with the team and stakeholders, set expectations regularly, and improve transparency.
• Assist with ongoing operational efforts and projects as needed.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.
