About The Position

We are seeking a capable, early-career generalist with a background in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field to join us as a Behavioral Science & Operations Associate. This role sits at the center of how we deliver our work. You will work closely with Sarah Dalton across executive assessments, survey processes, and client delivery, helping ensure that projects run smoothly, outputs are high quality, and clients and candidates have a consistent, professional experience. You will experience some client facing work very quickly, and this will expand over time. In the early stages, the focus will be on supporting project execution, coordination, and analysis. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into one with greater responsibility for assessment design, insight generation, and selected client interaction. We will encourage you to write and publish and will provide our platform to aid you. This is a broad, hands-on role combining behavioral science, structured thinking, operational execution, and emerging use of AI tools. It is well suited to someone who wants to develop practical capability in applied psychology within a small, high-trust environment. We work with outstanding organizations and wonderful clients. We have recently been growing and attracting new clients and we expect this to continue – hence the need for this role. Although this role is unambiguous in being an “entry-level” position, the right individual can grow a long and fulfilling career with us. Your ongoing learning and development is very important to us and the opportunity exists for you to become a major player in the future of our company.
