About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee core clinical operations and workflows for Medicare-certified home health.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Strong HCHB and home health operations experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask
Responsibilities
- Proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR and workflow manager
- Manage AI-assisted review of OASIS, coding, care plans and visit plans
- Fully control clinician scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage all patient and family communication after intake
- Oversee supplies and DME ordering
