Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer and telephone skills is required for effective communication and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS Face-to-Face Encounter regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance Quality team in daily operations of the Home Health office.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and participate in quality review activities.
  • Provide education and oversight related to CMS regulations.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes and productivity.
