About The Position

This role provides administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams. The position focuses on completing routine tasks, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day operations. Work is primarily structured, with clear processes and guidance, and emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. This position is a temp to hire.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and route incoming requests to the appropriate team members within the Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs teams
  • Maintain logs, trackers, and files to support team activities
  • Prepare and format basic documents, presentations, and reports using standard templates
  • Organize and update shared folders, files, and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and compiling information for routine reports
  • Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and sending follow-ups
  • Track agenda and action items and follow up with team members as needed
  • Assist with document processing, including routing for signatures and tracking completion
  • Help maintain standard templates, trackers and workflows
  • Upload and organize materials in internal systems and platforms
  • Provide basic support for contract and document management activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to team tools and systems
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
